#FitFebruary Day 12

I love kale. Yes, I've lived in Boulder and yes, I teach yoga. So the statement "I love kale" makes sense. On that note, today's recipe is simple but tasty kale chips!

Recipe of the Day:

Kale Chips

1/2 head of kale

1/2 lemon

2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with olive oil. Rip kale into medium size pieces and spread out. Squeeze lemon juice evenly onto kale then add garlic, salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp.

Serve hot and enjoy!
