I do this yoga thing to connect. Connect with self, with you, with the Earth. In the month of February, I want to find a deeper connection. I not only start my journey to 300hr YTT but want to create the healthiest me. This is why I chose to start #FitFebruary. For 28 days, I will daily find a class or a gym to work my body, eat consciously, and stay clear of alcohol. I want to find clarity, strength, and discipline!
