Brussel Flower Salad

Getting used to the life of a full time yoga teacher is taking some time. I've never had a job where I work remotely so in between running around for classes, I'm working from home. It's refreshing that I now know I can motivate myself to get things done even when surrounded by distractions. On to the next chapter!



Recipe of the Day : Brussel Flower Salad (4 servings)

20 minutes prep time

3/4 cup cooked quinoa

7 brussels sliced

1/4 cup chopped cauliflower

1 tbsp Italian seasonings

1/2 tbsp celery salt

4 olives sliced

1/4 cup roasted red peppers chopped  1/4 cup pepperoncini sliced 2 tbsp balsamic dressing 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp feta cheese


Basically, just mix it all together adding one ingredient at a time. It's the perfect unique, refreshing salad you want at the table this holiday season!
