#FitFebruary Day 1

First day in and I've mastered the best salad. I'd say this month is going to be a success!


Meals:

Fruit smoothie with Garden of Life Energy Supplement

Salad with homemade creamy Italian dressing

Lentil and vegetable soup

Popcorn cooked in coconut oil


Workout:

First day of 300hr YTT! 2 hours of asana and breath. Yum.


Recipe of the Day:

Homemade Creamy Italian Dressing

I put everything into a mason jar so it was easy for transport, easy to mix, and quick clean up!

Mix together:

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup Vegan mayo

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 red wine vinegar

2 teaspoon dry oregano

2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoon celery salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Put the cap on and shake until fully combined. So easy and so tasty! I added to a salad with 3 kinds of lettuce, banana peppers, kalamata olives, broccoli, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
