Tofu Buffalo Burgers

Tofu Buffalo Burgers (6 burgers)

30 minute total prep + cook time


Ingredients:

1 package extra firm tofu

1 egg

1/2 carrot shredded + chopped

1/2 zucchini shredded + chopped

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/4 onion diced

1 tbsp garlic powder

1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tbsp salt

1/2 tbsp Cayenne pepper

1/2 tbsp buffalo sauce of your choosing



Mix everything in a bowl and kneed the ingredients with your hands until fully incorporated. Make into patties and fry in olive oil until browned on each side. Serve on fresh bread or roll with fixings of your liking!
