Vegan Deep Fried Veggies (4 servings)

Ingredients :
2 cups cauliflower broken into small florets
1 cup broccoli broken into smaller pieces
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garlic
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup olive oil for frying
Put veggies and seasonings into a bowl. Mix thoroughly then add water slowly while mixing to make breading stick to the veggies. Make sure it's evenly coated and not too wet. Add the olive oil to the bottom of a pan and let it heat up. Add veggies in slowly so you don't get hot oil on yourself and cover. Flip the veggies half way through to brown evenly. Add to any dish and enjoy!
