The Elyse Leren Yoga 200hr Teacher Training is an experience that will alter your life. You will be asked to dive deeper into your SELF and take what you learn in the darkness, and bring it out into the light. You will learn the ancient teachings of yoga blended with a modern take on what yoga is in the Western world for a new perspective.
During these 10 weeks, you will gain tools that will clarify your direction in life and will create confidence in what you do both on and off the mat. Whether you choose to teach or just want to strengthen your personal practice,
it is my promise to you that you will graduate prepared for your next step in your relationship with yoga. I commit to guide you through your training with support and transparency. This program is a Yoga Alliance 200-hour RYT certified program.

"Each topic Elyse taught she provided background, her knowledge and experience, explanation for how to teach, and then offered time for practice so we could experience and know how things felt in our bodies. She also allowed time for practice as a teacher so we could cue, identify incorrect alignments, and support other teachers in their learning. She made each aspect of training fun and approachable and made me feel like I then had the tools and knowledge to be a successful teacher myself."
"Elyse is an effective, compassionate, and skilled teacher trainer. She is always incredibly well-prepared and manages teaching time brilliantly. She is able to expertly cover a range of topics, including theory and practical knowledge, efficiently and in an easy-to-understand way.
If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she will find out and offers great opportunity for further learning and discussion. On top of all of that, she is kind, compassionate, thoughtful, and genuinely invested under students’ success in their own teaching journeys."
