Black Bean and Quinoa "Burgers" (4 servings) 30 min prep + cook time Ingredients: 1 can black beans (I used the Kuner's black beans with jalapenos and lime) 1/4 cup quinoa 1 egg 1 red bell pepper diced 1/4 yellow onion diced 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp cumin 1 tsp Schultz' Hot Sauce (or any hot sauce you prefer) Salt and pepper to taste Bring 1/2 cup of water to boil then add quinoa and change to simmer.
