Baked Pasta

Baked Pasta (6 servings)

45 minutes prep and bake time

Ingredients:

1 lb pasta of your choice

3/4 jar of marinara sauce

6 oz sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 red pepper thinly sliced

1/4 onion thinly sliced

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Italian seasonings

1/2 tbsp celery salt

1 tsp garlic powder


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring water to boil and empty box of pasta into it. In second pot, place olive oil on the bottom and add cheddar cheese. Once the cheese starts to melt, add the sauce and stir thoroughly. Let simmer. In a pan, place pepper, onion and seasonings. Cook until veggies are soft. Drain pasta and pour into baking pan. Mix in veggies then cover with sauce. Add bread crumbs across the top to cover. Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy!
