#FitFebruary Day 9

Being busy is an interesting concept. In America, we view this as success. How many things can I cross off my to-do list in an efficient amount of time(by the way, I'm obsessed with to-do lists!) BUT recently I have been working all day shifts, coming home to cook and eat, followed by building my personal business at night. Not complaining and I know a lot of us do this and more but its a life change for me. Constantly tired, usually in two places at once. Is this truly success? Or is it that we work until we're "successful" enough to not work. There isn't an answer but it is something to think about. Comment with your thoughts! I'd love to hear them.

Recipe of the Day:

One pot queso

Workout of the day:

Walking and stretching all day

One-pot Queso:

8oz American cheese

2 cups Mozzarella cheese

1 1/4 cups Half and Half

2 tbsp Jalapeno diced

1/4 cup Tomato chopped

2 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Taco Seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Heat Half and Half in pot until frothy. Add American cheese in pieces until melted followed by Mozzarella cheese, continually mixing with whisk. Once fully incorporated add cumin, taco seasoning, jalapenos, tomatoes, and salt and pepper. I add a splash of jalapeno juice for extra heat. Serve hot and enjoy!
