
Homemade Fruit Juice
Today I flowed outside in the sun, by myself, really slowly. Every time I told myself I should power it up, my body told me no. I was able to achieve deeper breaths and connect with every part of my body in a way that many times gets skipped over in the studio. I followed that up with a guided meditation that was all about manifestation. I've been working with this a lot in the past few months and have seen small results but it was amazing to break down my future into categories. I found peace and excitement for what's to come!

Recipe of the Day: Homemade Fruit Juice (2 servings)
1 cup probiotic vanilla greek yogurt
5 strawberries
1 banana
8 raspberries
8 blackberries
1/2 cup pineapple
2 tbsp hemp seeds
Blend well and serve. Specific fruit used up to you!
