Kale Slaw

Kale Slaw (2 servings)

20 min prep + cook

Ingredients :

2 kale stalks chopped

1 carrot diced

2 stalks of celery diced

In a separate bowl combine:

2 tbsp vegan mayo

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp garlic powder

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp stone ground mustard

Mix everything together and serve as a side to your favorite dish!
