Kale Sauce Pasta (4 servings)

Ingredients :
1/2 lb pasta
1 1/2 cup kale
4 oz ricotta
1 cup mozzarella
1 cup olive oil
1 tbsp grated parmesan
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp red pepper flakes (use less if you don't like spicy)
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
Salt to taste
Bring a pot of water to boil and add pasta. Cook for recommended time until al dente and strain out water. Place half the oil, kale, 1/2 the garlic and salt in a blender or food processor and blend until made into a liquid. Add rest of oil into a pot with red pepper flakes and rest of garlic powder. Cook on medium heat until it simmers then add kale concoction. Once fully incorporated, add ricotta and mix thoroughly, then add parmesan and mozzarella. Lastly add Italian seasoning and paprika with salt to taste. Pour pasta back into pot and mix until the sauce is fully covering the pasta. Serve hot and enjoy!
