Raspberry Crumble

45 min prep + bake time

Ingredients:

For the crumble top

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/3 cup flour

4 tbsp cold butter


For the cake

2 cup flour

1/2 cup softened butter

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup almond milk unsweetened

1 egg

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

3 cups fresh raspberries


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and oil a 9.5 circular baking pan (or anything around that size.) Put all of the cake ingredients into a food processor and pulse until fully combined. Fill the baking pan with batter and smooth the top. Mix crumble top ingredients in a bowl with mixing spoon until starts to look crumbly. Evenly sprinkle on top of cake batter. Bake for 30 minutes or until cake starts to brown. Let it sit for 5-10 min then enjoy!
