Garlic Broccoli Butternut Squash Ravioli

Garlic Broccoli Butternut Squash Ravioli (2 servings)

20 min prep + serve

Ingredients :

1 package of butternut squash ravioli - I used Kite Hill

1 cup broccoli cut into small pieces

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp garlic powder

2 tsp red pepper flakes

Salt to taste


Bring water to boil and cook ravioli until floats to the top. Transfer to strainer and put aside. Cover bottom of pot with olive oil and add garlic, salt, and broccoli. Cook until broccoli is done, then add red pepper flakes. Pour garlic oil sauce over ravioli and add grated cheese if you'd like. Serve hot and enjoy!
