Stirfry Boats

Stirfry Boats (4 servings)

40 minutes prep and cook

Ingredients:

12 romaine lettuce leaves

4 cups chopped cauliflower

4 carrots slivered

4 celery stalks slivered

6 baby bella mushrooms chopped

1/4 onion chopped

4 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 tbsp salt

2 tbsp garlic

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp ginger

1 tbsp olive oil


Cook veggies in olive oil covered until al dente. Add in all other seasonings, recover, and cook until chewy. Fill lettuce leaves with finished veggies and finish with toppings of your choice! We used sesame seeds and kimchee. Enjoy!
