Stirfry Boats

You die the second you stop being a student in life. The end goal should forever move away from you the more you learn and grow so that your limits are endless. I am humbled and excited every time I step into the studio as a student, whether that's through a yoga class or a teacher training. I am so grateful that I am surrounded by brilliant teachers willing to share their wisdom!



Recipe of the Day : Stirfry Boats (4 servings)

40 minutes prep and cook


12 romaine lettuce leaves

4 cups chopped cauliflower

4 carrots slivered

4 celery stalks slivered

6 baby bella mushrooms chopped

1/4 onion chopped

4 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 tbsp salt

2 tbsp garlic

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp ginger

1 tbsp olive oil


Cook veggies in olive oil covered until al dente. Add in all other seasonings, recover, and cook until chewy. Fill lettuce leaves with finished veggies and finish with toppings of your choice! We used sesame seeds and kimchee. Enjoy!
